Outpatient Groups

Whether you’re navigating recovery, seeking community, or building skills, our groups are designed to support healing, connection, and growth.

We offer a variety of outpatient therapy groups designed to support individuals at different stages of their healing journey.

Groups start at different times throughout the year to meet your needs and schedule.

We also host an ongoing free support group for eating disorders—open to anyone seeking connection and encouragement.
