Coaching services offer focused, practical support to help you develop skills and strategies for success in various areas of life.
Our coaching options include:
Skills Coaching
- Sometimes weekly therapy isn’t enough to reach your mental health goals, provide accountability, or allow further space to practice skills with support.
- Coaching provides space to build upon the goals set in therapy and allow for more individualized and applicable practice of those skills. Coaches will pull from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you build applicable skills that will supporting you day to day.
- These skills may assist in managing stress, improving communication, and enhancing overall emotional well-being. These sessions are designed to meet the needs of the individual and incorporate various skills to support the individual’s unique mental health goals. This type of coaching can be beneficial for individuals with a range of mental health conditions including eating disorders, depression, trauma, anxiety, and more.
- You may benefit from Skills Coaching if you are stepping down from an Intensive Outpatient Program or you find yourself needing more support outside of weekly therapy and gaining more clarity and accountability in utilizing coping skills.
Meal Support Coaching
- Designed for individuals in eating disorder recovery, this service provides accountability and guidance to help you meet nutritional goals and challenge food-related fears.
- Sessions are delivered by qualified eating disorder specialists to support you in your food related goals, provide accountability outside of other treatment sessions, and allow additional space for processing difficult thoughts and emotions that may arise during mealtime.
- Meal support coaching is not a substitute for a higher level of care. Our admissions team can assist in assessing what might be a good fit based on your individual needs.
Executive Functioning Coaching
- For those looking to improve organization, time management, and productivity, this coaching focuses on skills to support personal, academic, or professional success.
Yoga & Mindfulness Coaching
- Yoga and Mindfulness Coaching combines physical movement, breath work, and meditation to help individuals connect with their bodies and cultivate emotional well-being. Sessions are tailored to the client’s needs and typically include gentle yoga, mindfulness practices, and tools for self-regulation and stress management.
- This approach complements traditional therapy by addressing the mind-body connection, fostering self-awareness, and promoting resilience. It is especially effective in supporting recovery from stress, trauma, or eating disorders, providing a holistic path to healing.
Family Coaching
- Family coaching for mental health is a type of coaching that focuses on helping parents or partners develop the skills and strategies they need to support their adolescent or adult child’s mental health and well-being.
- Parent coaches work with parents to identify challenges and develop a plan for addressing those challenges in a supportive and effective manner.
- This type of coaching can be beneficial for parents of children with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, eating disorders, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and others.
