Well Nourished

Eating Disorder Program

A well-rounded, flexible approach that accommodates the diverse life commitments of our participants. Trauma & Eating Disorder Track option available.

Who We Help

Our Eating Disorder IOP supports individuals in their recovery journey by offering meal support, nutrition counseling, and therapeutic interventions. The program addresses disordered eating behaviors, body image concerns, and underlying emotional challenges, fostering a healthier relationship with food and self.

Trauma & Eating Disorder Track Option:

Our ED IOP offers an additional integrated care option for individuals navigating both trauma and eating disorders. Open to adults (18+) of all genders who are looking for structured virtual support at the IOP level of care. This program focuses on building safety, grounding, emotional regulation, and stabilization of trauma-related symptoms.

Our flexible ED IOP model includes:

  • Weekly treatment planning session dedicated to crafting and upholding a personalized care plan aimed at achieving your recovery goals while in EDRS IOP Care.
  • Weekly nutrition counseling led by a registered dietitian, tailored to assist you in achieving your unique nutritional needs.
  • Weekly schedule of care incorporating meal and therapy groups, with added flexibility to accommodate your other life commitments while still focusing on recovery.
  • Individualized step-down plans integrating 1:1 coaching, outpatient therapy, and outpatient nutrition counseling to support you in maintaining your progress.
  • Dedicated team of providers to oversee your care.
  • Intensive case management and collaboration with your outside providers.

For IOP we are currently in-network with Anthem BCBS, Aetna, FL Blue, & CO Access Medicaid. Coverage is state-specific, contact admissions. Private pay options available. (Gender Inclusive – Ages 18+)

Why IOP?

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers short-term, focused support—typically over 4 to 12 weeks—that goes beyond what weekly therapy alone can provide. The skills and insights gained during this time lay a strong foundation for lasting progress in ongoing outpatient therapy, all while allowing individuals to stay connected to their daily routines.

An Intensive Outpatient Program is ideal for:

  • Creating expedited change with therapeutic support when weekly therapy isn’t enough.
  • Individuals motivated to work on unwanted thoughts, behaviors, or emotional patterns
  • Those needing greater support, structure, and accountability

Our IOPs are designed to fit into your life—with flexible and evening scheduling to support school, work, and family responsibilities. Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck in your current therapy, or simply ready to do deeper work, an IOP can help you build momentum, faster.
