WBH provides individual nutrition counseling to help you develop a better relationship with food, and provide accountability and support in meeting your personal nutritional goals.

Nutrition Counseling Sessions

  • Sessions look different for each person depending on where they are in their recovery process. Here are examples of what sessions may include:
  • Meeting with a Registered Dietician may include:
    • Decreases anxiety around eating “fear foods”
    • Creating a food plan that meets your needs and lifestyle
    • Challenging fear foods and food rules
    • Reducing eating disorder symptoms and behaviors
    • Identifying and listening to hunger and fullness cues
    • Reducing labeling of foods as “good” or “bad”
    • Increasing food variety
    • Selecting recipes and creating grocery lists
    • Helping you move towards intuitive eating

What You Can Expect

Following an initial assessment to review your food, exercise, lifestyle, and medical history, we offer weekly and biweekly sessions to support your goals. Our registered dietitian will develop a plan of support with you and will review the plan each week.
