About Well BH
Built by clinicians. Centered on your agency.
Well Behavioral Health brings specialized providers and multiple levels of care into one connected system—so treatment can be shaped around the person, not the other way around.
Our Mission
To make high-quality, personalized behavioral health care more accessible—and to help each person participate actively in the care they receive.
Our Commitment
To create a safe, inclusive environment where you are known, heard, and never reduced to a diagnosis. We pair clinical excellence with collaboration, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience.
A shared vision for more connected care.
Well Behavioral Health grew from more than a decade of collaboration between Dr. Sarah Chipps and Greta Gleissner, LCSW. After building respected mental health organizations independently and together, they saw the need for a more connected model—one that could bring therapy, coaching, nutrition support, groups, and intensive outpatient care into closer coordination.
They created Well to make it easier for people to find the right level of care, adapt that care as needs change, and be active participants in the process. Their shared vision combines decades of clinical experience with a simple belief: meaningful treatment begins by seeing the whole person and making room for possibility.
